Diagnosis Trunk: nearly uniform width, with only slight tapering, for segments 3 to 12. Lateral terminal spines: very long, slightly recurved, 188 to 192 um, 33 to 33.5% of trunk length. Lateral posterior margin deeply incised on 12th sternal plate, accommodating the lateral terminal spine. Short segment 13 generally covered by penultimate segment. Midsternal plate of first trunk segment wide at base and narrow at apex. Incised lateral dorsal and ventral placids, mesial placids entire. Prominent trunk setae. Males have 2 pairs of penile spines at anterolateral margins of terminal sternal plates and 2 less segment sensory sponts on the episternal plates of segment 3 (Ref. 1409).
Ease of Identification easy to distinguish from other species.
