Occurs intertidally on pebble beaches or in areas with fine sand and gravel, often on rubble near mangrove areas (Ref. 81753). Inhabits empty shells of Umbonium vestiarum and Cerithidea cingulata (Ref. 83393). On sand and muddy sand (Ref. 107938).
