توصيف مختصر ريخت شناسي
Flat and encrusting. Few scattered oscula flush with the surface. Skeleton: mainly blunt, slightly curved oxea bound together by scarcely discernible spongin into meshes. Slightly curved styli projects from the upper sponge surface; imbedded for about half their length (Ref. 88951).
Known from rock pools (Ref. 88951).

Members of the class Demospongiae are hermaphroditic. Life cycle: The zygote develops into parenchymella larva (free-swimming) before settling down on a substrate where it grows into a young sponge.
