Bluntly pointed head is distinctly narrower than the trunk. Has a pair of lateral horizontal cephalic slits, although eyes are absent. Body is dorsoventrally flattened with sharp lateral margins, narrowing near the posterior tip, ending in a short caudal cirrus. Generally pale creamish-brown in color, having translucent lateral margins.
Found in mud, between rocks and boulders (Ref. 125683).
