Head is rounded and does not bear neither cephalic furrows nor eyes. Body has a uniform width, only narrowing towards the slightly pointed posterior tip. Body is white to pale yellowish-white, marked dorsally by two broad longitudinal dark green stripes which end anteriorly near the back of the head.
Found on an exposed rocky beach, living in the mantle cavity of the barnacle Tetraclita squamosa (Ref. 125683).
