Distinctive, large, white massive formations, usually in distorted vase forms which can reach 90 cm in diameter (Ref. 865). Reef building, found on gravel and rock substrates (Ref. 92818) at depths between 30 m (Ref. 865) to 300 m (Ref. 92819).
