Length: 0.16 - 0.33 cm. Minuscule to tiny, elongate worm with a rhynchus appearing like a relatively large oral sucker with 22 moderate-sized tentacles on the anterior end. Tentacles on each worm vary in size (Ref. 359).
Host Specificity: This parasite is genus specific (Seriola). It may be a characteristic parasite of greater amberjack (Ref. 358).
