Maximum depth range from Ref. 121685. Euryhaline species which can tolerate salinity range of 0-55% (Ref. 119328) and occurs in freshwater streams (Ref. 112850). Lives in coastal waters (Ref. 121685), in tidal lagoon in mangrove area (Ref. 102988). Frequently occurs on or buried in mud or fine sand substrates (Ref. 112850). Mainly predators of sessile or slow moving benthic macroinvertebrates (Ref. 73111).
